2. Spend safety ceiling — a background backstop beneath the counts. If AI costs ever spike it stops runaway spend; in normal use you'll never see it.
The free interview trial and screening sampler are one-time (lifetime); everything else resets monthly. Free applications carry a 7-day wait between new ones; paid plans have none.
